HOW DO I BOOK A SITE?

When you book a stall site you accept that these terms and conditions apply.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS?

1. Stallholders complete the application form – Click here to download an application form.

2. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your application;

3. If your application is successful, you will receive payment instructions via email;

4. On receipt, payment will be acknowledged;

5. Sites will be allocated and you will be notified of the detail;

6. Stallholders will have access to their sites on Fair day after 5 a.m.

ABOUT US

The Masterton Christmas Fair is Masterton South Rotary's Major Fundraising Event.

The Fair gives Masterton South Rotary the ability to support many community groups and charities, not only in the immediate area but also throughout New Zealand and abroad.
